**Description:** A tiny, rare woodland orchid with a single oval leaf and a spike of very small greenish-yellow flowers.
**Size:** Grows 2–6 inches tall.
**Conservation:** Rare / Species of Concern. Requires undisturbed forest floor habitats.
**Habitat:** Found in rich, moist forests and near damp forest seepages.
