Species Description
**Description:** A large, ground-walking warbler of wet places; they look more like a small thrush than a typical warbler.
**Size & Weight:** 5.1–5.9 inches long. Weighs 0.5–0.7 oz.
**Identification:** Look for the yellowish-white "eyebrow" (supercilium) and heavily streaked underparts, including the throat.
**Behavior:** Constantly bobs its tail up and down while walking. The song is a loud, ringing series of notes that accelerates at the end.
**Habitat:** Dark, wooded wetlands and the silty margins of stagnant beaver ponds.
