**Description:** A beautiful moth with chocolate-brown forewings and vibrant yellow hindwings featuring small eyespots.
**Size:** Wingspan of 2.0 to 3.0 inches.
**Behavior:** Strong fliers at night often attracted to UV lights. Cryptic during the day with scalloped wing edges that mimic bark.
**Life Cycle:** Caterpillars are specialized feeders on Black Cherry and Serviceberry.
**Habitat:** Deciduous forests and shrubby areas.
