**Description:** A unique mammal featuring 22 pink, fleshy tentacles around its nose that act as super-sensitive touch organs for finding prey.
**Size & Weight:** 6–8 inches long. Weighs 1.5–2.5 oz.
**Sexual Dimorphism:** Males and females are identical in appearance.
**Behavior:** Rare / Species of Concern. Fastest eaters in the world; can identify and consume a bug in 0.2 seconds. They can even "smell" underwater.
**Habitat:** Damp soil and mucky wetlands; often digs tunnels that open directly underwater.
