Species Description
**Description:** A sleek game fish with an olive-green to gold body, featuring reflective "glassy" eyes and a toothy mouth.
**Size & Weight:** Typically 15โ25 inches long. Can weigh 2โ10 lbs or more.
**Sexual Dimorphism:** Females grow larger and live longer than males.
**Habitat:** Prefer deep, cool water in the reservoir during the day, moving to rocky shallows at night.
**Behavior:** Highly specialized nocturnal hunters with incredible low-light vision. Look for the white tip on the lower tail fin.
